Their teams help modernize IT infrastructure through automation, observability, and Service Management platforms.We are looking for a CMDB/CSDM Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM. In this role, you will help design, implement, and maintain an accurate Configuration Management Database while ensuring alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
