Capitole keeps growing and we want to do it with you! We are looking for a Solution Architect to join an international project in a complex enterprise environment. What will you do? • Define the technical and architectural vision of strategic solutions. • Ensure alignment between business needs, IT strategy, and technical implementation. • Lead architectural decision-making and governance. • Manage non-functional requirements including security, scalability, compliance, and performance. • Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, stakeholders, and external technology partners. • Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the evolution of the architecture roadmap. What are we looking for? • Minimun 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect. • Strong background in distributed architectures and microservices. • Experience with AWS and/or Azure. • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and security principles. • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / SAFe). • Fluent Spanish, English and German (minimum C1 level). Nice to have • Automotive or industrial sector experience. • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure). • TOGAF or architecture framework knowledge. • Experience working with international vendors and partners.
