In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the cloud platform, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliOperate and maintain the cloud platform on a daily basis /liliMonitor system performance and ensure platform availability /liliHandle incidents and perform troubleshooting to restore services quickly /liliSupport backup and restore processes to ensure data integrity /liliPerform operational maintenance and system health checks /liliCollaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve operations /liliContribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and operational processes /li /ulpbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /pulliProven experience in cloud operations and observability /liliKnowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar /liliExperience with backup and restore processes /liliStrong Linux and systems administration background /liliSolid troubleshooting and incident response skills /liliUnderstanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) /li /ulpbPreferred Qualifications: /b /pulliExperience in 24x7 production environments /liliFamiliarity with automation and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) /liliKnowledge of DevOps practices and tools /liliStrong communication and teamwork skills /li /ulpIf you are passionate about cloud operations, system reliability, and maintaining high-performing environments, we would love to hear from you. /p
