We provide services in over 50 countries across Europe, Latin America, and the United States, operating from our 9 own offices worldwide.Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Operations Engineer (CPO) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the cloud platform, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain the cloud platform on a daily basisMonitor system performance and ensure platform availabilityHandle incidents and perform troubleshooting to restore services quicklySupport backup and restore processes to ensure data integrityPerform operational maintenance and system health checksCollaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve operationsContribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and operational processesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in cloud operations and observabilityKnowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similarExperience with backup and restore processesStrong Linux and systems administration backgroundSolid troubleshooting and incident response skillsUnderstanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in 24x7 production environmentsFamiliarity with automation and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)Knowledge of DevOps practices and toolsStrong communication and teamwork skillsIf you are passionate about cloud operations, system reliability, and maintaining high-performing environments, we would love to hear from you.
