This position falls under the Payments line of business and is based from either our Barcelona or Madrid office. The role focuses on client support, collaborating with different departments to ensure the smooth running of the business, allocating payments, reconciling funds, creating manual reports with daily expiry information and reaching clients occasionally. The role works closely with dealers to provide pre‑ and post‑sales support, assisting with payments and requirements such as statements, payment investigations and offsets. It requires accuracy, analytical thinking, collaboration, professionalism, resilience and tenacity. The successful candidate reports to the Head of Client Support and collaborates regularly with other teams across the division.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with sales, operations, compliance and other internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience for the settling of trades and problem resolution.Educate Corpay clients on processes where appropriate, to reduce future dependency and contact.Support efficient cash flow through the timely collection of outstanding receivables (trades, deposits and losses).Monitor, chase and report on outstanding trades requiring wire instructions.Comply with regulatory requirements including GDPR and CASS obligations.Self‑handle small complaints with dealers and, if necessary, escalate larger complaints to the complaints department and Head of Client Support.Escalate non‑settlement suspicions to the Head of Client Support.Promote the online platform to clients to enhance security and help them become self‑sufficient.Act as a central point for the resolution of compliance queries, both internal and banking.Monitor and act as a central point for the resolution of payment investigations through Salesforce.Compile error reporting from the Client Support perspective.Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records in our CRM system, documenting all interactions and transactions.Work closely with dealers, providing first‑hand support to them and their clients.Help develop and maintain client relationships through excellent service.Apply accuracy, analytical thinking, collaboration, professionalism, resilience and tenacity across all tasks.BenefitsThe role is based in a remote environment.Company‑issued equipment provided.Formal, hands‑on training.Qualifications & SkillsDegree in business administration, accounting, finance or economics.Background in an operations role with working knowledge of foreign exchange markets and conventions is beneficial.Experience in a client support role.Outstanding communication skills in both Spanish and English; other language skills, especially Portuguese, are valued.Good self‑organization and multitasking abilities.Ability to learn quickly, including complex technical terms and concepts used on a daily basis.Strong interpersonal skills.Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel.Equal Opportunity / Affirmitive Action EmployerCorpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
