The Role We are looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join our team part‑time at our upcoming Diamonds Factory store in Barcelona. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, provide personalized consultations, and ensure an exclusive shopping experience. Together with the store team, you will help establish our brand in the vibrant city of Barcelona and create unforgettable moments for our customers. Your Responsibilities Customer Consultation: Conduct one‑hour consultation appointments in a lounge setting—listen actively, understand customer wishes, and guide them through the bespoke design process. Customer Experience: Deliver a seamless, luxurious experience from greeting to after‑sales service— including regular updates and personal attention. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals through consultative, personalized selling and confident, empathetic closing. Product Knowledge: Deepen your knowledge of our collections, materials, and craftsmanship to advise customers expertly. CRM & Processes: Use internal systems to manage orders, track inquiries, and maintain customer information accurately. Brand Ambassador: Represent Diamonds Factory professionally and stylishly, maintain showroom presentation, and ensure excellent customer service. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with colleagues and internal departments, support visual merchandising, and keep the showroom welcoming and organized. Your Profile 1–2 years of experience in premium or luxury retail with proven sales success Education or knowledge in jewelry, gemology, or luxury products (e.g., GIA, JAA) is an advantage Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with phone, video, and in‑person consultations Quick learner with the ability to master new systems and solve problems independently Proactive, engaged approach - you enjoy going beyond core responsibilities Team player with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude Creative eye for style and passion for bespoke jewelry pieces High attention to detail - from product presentation to customer communication Customer‑focused mindset and professional demeanor as a brand ambassador Well‑groomed, stylish appearance in line with our brand aesthetic Willingness to occasionally support other stores in the region Availability during weekends and peak sales periods is required Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role Birthday Off: One additional paid day off on your birthday Perkbox: Shopping discounts, wellness benefits, and employee recognition Extended Leave Policies: Clear processes and additional support Career Opportunities: Work with a global luxury brand expanding in Europe Learning & Development: Ongoing training and development opportunities More exciting benefits to come!
