Senior Financial Leader: Six Senses Ibiza is seeking a highly skilled finance professional to drive business growth and profitability. As Senior Financial Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional financial performance and supporting the resort's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business success Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Oversee accounting practices, including financial reporting and compliance Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business plans and strategies Responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial planning and forecasting, overseeing accounting practices, and collaborating with leadership. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or similar qualifications and professional accounting body certification Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a hotel accounting role Skills: Excellent organizational skills and ability to provide focused direction Strong technical skills, including MS Office and hotel systems Additional Requirements: Valid European work permit required Equal opportunity employer.
