Overview
In this role you will shape and grow Diebold Nixdorf’s indirect retail business in Spain and Portugal by building strong partner ecosystems and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with partners to identify opportunities, develop joint plans and bring retail technology solutions to market. Operating with support from the European Channel organization, you’ll expand market presence, strengthen partner engagement and influence the future growth of our retail channel. This position offers cross-functional collaboration, exposure to strategic partners and a chance to impact how we connect people to commerce.
ResponsabilidadesDevelop and expand strategic retail channel partnerships across Spain and PortugalIdentify, recruit and develop new channel partners to broaden market coverageBuild and maintain relationships with partner leaders and key decision-makersManage a healthy partner opportunity pipeline from qualification to revenue generationCollaborate with partners on business plans, go-to-market strategies and growth initiativesSupport partners with enablement activities, sales programs and commercial guidanceAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunitiesWork cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Partner Management to maximize channel successDevelop forecasts, business cases and performance insights for strategic decisionsAdvocate for partner needs and share market intelligence to shape prioritiesDrive partner retention, loyalty and long-term revenue growth across indirect retail channels
Requisitos principales4-6 years of experience in Channel Management, Partner Management, Alliance Management or indirect sales rolesProven track record of growing revenue through channel partners, distributors or indirect sales channelsStrong understanding of the Spanish retail market and relationships across Spain (and ideally Portugal)Knowledge of retail technology solutions (POS, self-checkout, software or service-based offerings)Native-level Spanish and professional English communication skillsExperience in retail, hospitality, fuel/convenience, entertainment, retail technology or related B2B environmentsDemonstrated ability to recruit, develop and manage strategic channel partnersStrong commercial, relationship-building and business development skillsDiploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experienceDesirable: Portuguese language skillsExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM platformsKnowledge of Diebold Nixdorf products and services is a plusrelationship-buildingcommercial mindsetbusiness developmentSalesforceCRM platformsretail technology knowledge (POS, self-checkout)
