The team has originated and managed projects across Latin America, Africa, North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, spanning compliance and voluntary markets, including major registries such as Verra,, and Isometric. ClearSky integrates advisory, project development, financing, and credit monetization — ensuring that innovative projects are science-backed, registry-aligned, and structured to meet the durability, transparency, and credibility demands of corporate buyers and investors worldwide. About the Role: The Carbon Project Analyst will support project origination, evaluation, and advisory services by conducting carbon accounting, project due diligence, and business development analysis. This role is ideal for an early-career professional passionate about carbon methodologies, registries, and project finance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct carbon accounting and emissions reduction/removal assessments for ARR, IFM, REDD+, TSB, biochar, plastics recycling, DAC, and SAF projects (etc). Support the preparation of feasibility studies, baseline assessments, and financial models. Research new carbon methodologies and registry requirements (Verra,, Isometric, MITECO). Assist with business development, including drafting client proposals and presentations. Collaborate with advisory leads to provide analytical support for methodology development and policy engagement. Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of experience in carbon accounting, environmental science, or project finance. Relevant education and work experience, including some experience in business development. Knowledge of voluntary carbon market standards and methodologies. Strong quantitative, research, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Excel, carbon accounting tools, and lifecycle analysis methods. Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.
