The successful candidate will be appointed as a member of the teaching and research staff under the category of personnel employed to work on research projects and contracts.

Design of analytical matrices and definition of variables: Contribute to the organisation of information extracted from human remains. This will involve defining key analytical variables, including population genomics, continental origins, occupational bone wear, pathologies and diet, taking as a starting point the research questions, gaps and contradictions in the existing historical evidence.
Biohistorical interpretation and profiling: Conduct preliminary analyses of biological and genomic data to construct individual and social profiles. This work will involve relating the ethnic categories used during the period under study to the sociodemographic profiles derived from the human remains, identifying areas of convergence and divergence.
