We are looking for Calibration Engineer for our team in Barcelona area to work in one of the most important Tier 1 in the automotive sector to Ensure the geometrical, dimensional and tolerance consistency of vehicle components and assemblies, guaranteeing that design, industrialization and production meet the technical, quality and assembly requirements defined by engineering and the customer.Missions:Perform geometric calibration and verification of parts and assemblies using control gauges (checking fixtures ).Analyze and validate the geometric and dimensional conformity of components in accordance with customer requirements and automotive standards.Collaborate with Metrology, Quality, and Design (CAD) teams in the definition, use, and improvement of checking fixtures .Interpret technical drawings, GD&T specifications, and engineering documentation to ensure compliance with geometric requirements.Provide technical support in the analysis and resolution of geometric deviations detected during part validation.Requirements:Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial or similar).Experience in Geometrical Assurance, Tolerance Analysis or CAD Assurance within the automotive sector.Proficiency in CAD tools and advanced interpretation of drawings and tolerances (GD&T).Ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams in an industrial environment.High level of English and Spanish.Location: Near to Barcelona.We offer:Permanent contract.Competitive salary package.Global projects.Career development and training.BCNC GROUP ( is an engineering and technology firm with operations in Spain, UK, Germany, France and Sweden.
