In this role, you will ensure the smooth flow of materials and services, supporting our Configure-to-Order production and field service needs across several countries. Join us in our mission to bring happiness to life through the power of play! /pWhat You'll Do ullipIdentify, assess, and choose suppliers throughout the EMEA region according to cost, quality, delivery, and compliance criteria. /p /lilipNegotiate pricing, lead times, Incoterms, and commercial terms with regional suppliers within established procurement frameworks. /p /lilipBuild and maintain positive relationships with a diverse, multi-country supplier base; conduct regular supplier performance reviews. /p /lilipHold suppliers accountable through important metrics such as timely delivery, lead-time adherence, quality performance, and responsiveness. /p /lilipProactively manage supplier risks related to capacity constraints, logistics disruptions, regulatory changes, and geopolitical factors. /p /lilipInitiate bid packs and support regional sourcing initiatives where applicable. /p /lilipManage purchase orders for direct and indirect materials using MRP recommendations and regional supply plans. /p /lilipExpedite, de-expedite, push out, or cancel POs to respond to changes in demand, supply, or logistics constraints. /p /lilipAnalyze historical data, forecasts, and demand trends to adjust ordering strategies across EMEA. /p /lilipMaintain inventory within defined min/max targets while minimizing excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory. /p /lilipApply inventory optimization principles such as safety stock, EOQ, JIT, ABC analysis, MOQ, and lead-time netting. /p /lilipEnsure supply continuity across longer and more variable EMEA lead times. /p /li /ul What We're Looking For ullipBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). /p /lilip3+ years of experience in procurement, buying, or planning within a manufacturing environment. /p /lilipStrong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and end-to-end supply chain processes. /p /lilipExperience managing PO lifecycle, supplier performance, inventory targets, and expediting activities. /p /lilipSolid understanding of BOMs, lead times, and manufacturing constraints. /p /lilipIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis). /p /lilipAbility to manage dynamic priorities and resolve supply issues independently. /p /lilipStrong negotiation, communication, and collaborator management skills. /p /lilipExperience working with EMEA suppliers or cross-border supply chains is highly desirable. /p /lilipMultilingual capability and professional procurement certifications (APICS, ISM, APS) are a plus. /p /li /ul pstrongWhy Aristocrat? /strong /p pAristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and a top-tier publisher of free-to-play mobile games.
