Business Process Modeling Specialist | Insurance Sector | Hybrid – Las Tablas (Madrid)
We are looking for aBusiness Process Modeling Specialistto join a leading organization in theinsurance sector, contributing to the design, optimization, and transformation of enterprise processes within a large‑scale technological environment. What you will do
Analyze, design, and documentbusiness processesusing BPM standards (BPMN or similar).
Work closely with business units and technical teams to identify improvement opportunities across insurance‑related processes.
Build and maintain end‑to‑end process documentation to ensure efficiency, scalability, and clarity.
Collaborate with integration teams and work withwebMethodsto ensure process alignment with system workflows.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Participate in workshops, reviews, and alignment sessions with cross‑functional teams.
Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across modeled processes.
What we’re looking for
Experience inBusiness Process Modeling(BPMN, workflows, process mapping).
Hands‑on experience or strong understanding ofwebMethods.
Ability to work across business and technical teams.
Fluent English(spoken and written).
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Analytical mindset and detail‑oriented approach.
Availability to work on ahybrid modelinLas Tablas (Madrid).
Nice to have:
Experience in theinsurance industryor other complex enterprise environments.
Experience with process automation or digital transformation.
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
