Business Process Modeling Specialist | Insurance Sector | Hybrid – Las Tablas (Madrid) We are looking for a Business Process Modeling Specialist to join a leading organization in the insurance sector , contributing to the design, optimization, and transformation of enterprise processes within a large‑scale technological environment. If you enjoy analyzing, modeling, and improving business workflows while collaborating with highly skilled teams, this opportunity is for you. What you will do Analyze, design, and document business processes using BPM standards (BPMN or similar). Work closely with business units and technical teams to identify improvement opportunities across insurance‑related processes. Build and maintain end‑to‑end process documentation to ensure efficiency, scalability, and clarity. Collaborate with integration teams and work with webMethods to ensure process alignment with system workflows. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Participate in workshops, reviews, and alignment sessions with cross‑functional teams. Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across modeled processes. What we’re looking for Experience in Business Process Modeling (BPMN, workflows, process mapping). Hands‑on experience or strong understanding of webMethods . Ability to work across business and technical teams. Fluent English (spoken and written). Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Analytical mindset and detail‑oriented approach. Availability to work on a hybrid model in Las Tablas (Madrid) . Nice to have: Experience in the insurance industry or other complex enterprise environments.
