Lead functional conversations with the customer
Process expertise in one or more areas

Requirements elicitation and gathering
Measurement, metrics & reporting processes
Continual improvement
Assist with project leadership
Knowledge transfer and training
Provides process definition guidance and best practices
Monitoring of deliverables before implementation
Manage client communications to ensure the effectiveness of the process strategy
Process development and maintain optimization programs
Update and maintain all process documentation
Design processes and standardize, improve or redesign existing ones
Design new processes to improve service delivery and maintain client relationships ensuring cost effectiveness
Preparing documentation for deliverables such as business documents and supporting management activities such as budget management
Act as a point of contact between the client and the technical team regarding process-related concerns
Maintain the whole operational process in compliance with the quality standards and contractual requirements determined by the company
