The Payments Operations Large-Scale Strategic Programs team is responsible for identifying and delivering end-to-end solutions within the Payments business with a client‑centric approach. These solutions address known and future client needs in addition to creating opportunities for business growth readiness, consistency in operating models and strategic areas for technology investments. As a Business Manager – Vice President within Payments Operations Large-Scale Strategic Programs team, you will be part of an organization that works closely with Product, Operations and Technology teams to ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions across diverse countries and time zones.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain strong organizational disciplines, adhering to policies and standards, and organizing internal procedures and documentation.
Manage the full reporting suite, preparing, and distributing monthly reports to senior management for strategic insights.
Project manage and deliver key workstreams, communicating effectively with business partners to drive next steps.
Identify key risks and issues proactively and drive resolution through strategic and tactical initiatives.
Provide high‑level responses to executive ad‑hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
Contribute to managing the group's headcount and expense budgets, identifying efficiency opportunities, and planning resources.
Enhance processes and ensure consistent support across all teams while supporting day‑to‑day operations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree and experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong financial acumen.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a logical, structured approach to planning and problem‑solving.
Proven ability to collaborate, build strong partnerships, and influence cross‑functional/global teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Ability to think strategically and develop organizational structures and operating models.
Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including preparing executive‑level communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Demonstrated ethics, integrity, and sound judgment.
Fluent English.
