Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads, support lead generation campaigns, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. • Conduct structured multi-channel prospecting across target EMEA accounts via calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and campaigns. • Identify and map multi-stakeholder buying groups across key functions and seniority levels. • Build early-stage business cases and messaging around customer needs such as cost reduction, safety, compliance, stock availability, and productivity. • Nurture strategic prospects through long sales cycles until qualified for handover to sales or channel partners. • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the EMEA sales team. • Follow up on leads from trade shows, digital campaigns, and other marketing activities. • Use Salesforce to track outreach, response rates, qualification ratios, and pipeline progression. • Experience in B2B business development or inside sales, preferably in industrial, aerospace, defence, manufacturing, MRO, logistics, or technical environments. • Ability to prospect into complex B2B accounts with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across key business functions. • Proficiency in Salesforce and digital sales tools; Fluent English is mandatory; Highly self-disciplined, autonomous, and comfortable working remotely. • Competitive compensation package and benefits aligned with local market practices.
