We are offering you to join our team as a Business Development Manager for Project Logistics and FTL services in our branch in Madrid.
Main Responsibilities
Active work looking for new customers in the Spanish market, majoring in selling Project Logistics and FTL services.
Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the customers.
Attraction of new customers, retention and development of customers.
Work with sales lists; on time closing of the set objectives.
Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and related agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system.
Identification of regularity of customer needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the customer’s portfolio.
Evaluation of customer satisfaction and work on nonconformity.
Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
Our Expectations
5+ years experience in Project Logistics Sales
Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry
Deep knowledge of Project Cargo and FTL transportation
Experience with projects in Spain
Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills
Proactive approach
Ability to work both individually and in a team
Preference for candidates with own portfolio of contacts/customers
