Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will be:Negotiate with partners – correspondence, online and offline meetings, and participation in international conferences.Contribute to the creation of new products and collaborations that will provide value to partners and users, and drive business revenue growth.Work with existing sales funnels and products and optimize them.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOUExperience in launching and scaling product sales (opening new markets is a significant plus).Business education focused on leadership (Pre-MBA, MBA, strategic management is a plus).Entrepreneurial mindset (constantly asking “What else can be done to generate revenue?” and participating in building a business to at least operational payback is a major plus).Strong negotiation skills and a win-win partnership mindset, speed and proactivity, as well as the ability to systematically close deals worth hundreds of thousands of dollars with a multimillion-dollar business mindset.Experience in the iGaming niche is a considerable advantage, but we are open to candidates from other niches with significant business achievements.A desire for a fast pace, exploring limits, and expanding them through achieving impactful results.Experience in highly competitive niches in Sales/Affiliate/BizDev targeting Tier-1 markets.Spoken English at least at B2 level.Stages of the Hiring Process:Stage 1: A short meeting with the recruiter to discuss the details.Stage 2: Online meeting with the TL and recruiter (up to 2 hours).Stage 3: A test task focusing on getting to know the product and your train of thought.Stage 4: Final interview and job offer!Interested?
