BUZZ is a national power bank sharing network with an app + Tap-to-Rent POS technology. A guest can rent a power bank in a bar, restaurant, mall, airport or venue and return it at any other BUZZ station across the country.We are hiring a strong Business Development Manager to drive regional sales, expand our partner network, and accelerate station rollout in your territory.La experiencia que se espera de los solicitantes, así como las habilidades y cualificaciones adicionales necesarias para este trabajo, se enumeran a continuación.Build a predictable, scalable flow of new partner locations (HoReCa, retail, hotels, transport hubs) and grow both network coverage and revenue in your region.Sales & Network ExpansionProspect, qualify, and close new partners: cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, malls, food courts, clubs, tourist spots, entertainment venues.lead research & qualificationcontract signing and handover to the operations teamDevelop key accounts and international chains (coffee chains, restaurant groups, hotels, retail groups, airports, event venues).Territory growth & station deploymentOwn the development of your city / region: coverage map, target areas, priority clusters.Plan and coordinate station installations with the operations team:installation scheduling and on-site readiness checksmonitoring early performance (online/offline status, first rentals)propose improvements to pricing, UX, location setup and promo materials.Drive upsell opportunities: more stations, additional locations within partner networks, promotional campaigns.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM: leads, meetings, proposals, contracts, installations.Track key weekly/monthly performance metrics:lead-to-contract conversion2+ years in active B2B sales / business development.HoReCa (restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels)Retail (malls, retail chains)Confident negotiation skills with business owners, GMs, directors.Experience with businesses involving physical infrastructure: vending, kiosks, POS solutions, telecom, delivery, subscription services.Work with national or international accounts: hotel chains, restaurant groups, major retailers, airport operators.Basic understanding of unit economics (revenue per location, ROI of equipment, CAC).Highly organized: you keep CRM clean and never lose deals.Influence the expansion map - literally shape BUZZ's network footprint in your city.base salary + performance bonus (new locations + revenue from your portfolio)extra bonuses for securing anchor partners (malls, airports, HoReCa chains)CRM, materials, presentations, scripts, installation team. xcskxlj Head of Sales / Filed manager / Country Manager for top performers.
