Business Development Manager – SpainSol-Millennium is a global manufacturer and distributor of medical devices and healthcare products. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the development of our blood collection business in Spain.
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will identify growth opportunities, develop key customer relationships, and strengthen our presence in the laboratory and hospital segments, with a particular focus on blood collection and pre‑analytical solutions. The office is located in Madrid; occasional attendance may be required.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop opportunities with laboratory groups, hospitals, private laboratories and other key accounts.
Prepare commercial proposals in line with pricing, margin, product availability and lead‑time requirements.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reporting on pipeline, performance and market developments.
Support customer onboarding, product training and regular business reviews.
QualificationsProven commercial experience in medical devices, IVD, laboratory solutions or hospital sales.
Good understanding of laboratory workflows, including pre‑analytics, sample handling, or related processes.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Strong business development and account management skills.
Scientific or clinical background (e.g., biomedical science, nursing, laboratory technology).
