pWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Industrial Automation and Process Manufacturing environments. The candidate should have strong hands-on exposure to SCADA platforms such as Wonderware (AVEVA InTouch) and Siemens WinCC, with proven experience in supporting or enabling new production line implementations and plant expansion initiatives. /ppKey Responsibilities /pp· Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for manufacturing and automation initiatives. /pp· Work closely with business stakeholders, plant operations teams, engineering teams, and IT teams to translate operational needs into functional solutions. /pp· Create and manage EPICs, User Stories, process flows, and functional specifications. /pp· Support implementation and integration of new production lines using SCADA and industrial automation platforms. /pp· Coordinate with system integrators, automation teams, and enterprise application teams during project delivery. /pp· Perform functional validation, testing support, and business acceptance coordination. /pp· Drive stakeholder management across business and IT teams. /pp· Leverage AI tools and modern digital practices to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and day-to-day project delivery activities. /pp· Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and manufacturing platforms. /ppRequired Skills Experience /pp· 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or industrial automation environments. /pp· Hands-on experience with: /ppo Wonderware SCADA (AVEVA InTouch) /ppo Siemens WinCC /pp· Strong understanding of process manufacturing operations. /pp· Experience in implementing or supporting new production lines in manufacturing plants. /pp· Proven expertise in requirement gathering, EPIC/User Story creation, and stakeholder management. /pp· Experience in functional testing and solution validation. /pp· Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills. /pp· Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. /pp· Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies. /ppPreferred Experience /pp· Experience in dairy industry manufacturing environments wil /p
