Lead Engineering Service Providers for calibration, development and validation of control algorithms and diagnostics to meet Brake and Brake control system requirements and performance targets on vehicle levelManaging Foundation Brake and Brake NVH development and testingEnable self-organizing, empowered teams to deliver product on-time with quality executions in an agile frameworkImplement and support agile principles and practices, identifying and eliminating impediments, and facilitating flowEstablish and monitor budget for responsible activitiesExecute resource planning for required activitiesWillingness to travel worldwide for testing activities Bachelor's degree in automotive/mechanical/Electronic/Software/System Engineering from a recognized school or university. xugodme Excellent multi-functional communication, presentation and leadership skills - able to get multiple global teams which are geographically dispersed moving in the same directionWorking knowledge of embedded controls development toolchain, with tool experience, like VI Grade or Carmaker, Matlab, Simulink, Diadem, CANApe or similar applicationKnowledge of EV Brake & Brake Controls development processes from feasibility to SOPExtensive engineering experience related to Foundation Brake and Brake control system, calibration, related hardware developmentDemonstrated ability to: achieve results through effective teamwork, lead numerous projects with different focal areas to successful completion, and manage and measure work through metrics, data, and results.
