Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and beverages with consistency, accuracy, and a commitment to excellence.
Ensure impeccable mise en place and maintain the bar environment according to LQA standards.
Anticipate guest needs, offer personalized recommendations, and craft thoughtful, memorable experiences.
Build authentic rapport with guests, handling enquiries and special requests with discretion and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the Bar Manager and F&B colleagues, supporting junior team members and fostering a culture of learning.
Contribute to revenue goals through responsible upselling, cost awareness, and precise stock and inventory management.
Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a luxury bar or hospitality environment.
Solid mixology skills, with a passion for beverages, techniques, and emerging industry trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a guest‑centric mindset.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
High motivation to grow professionally within a luxury context and openness to continuous learning.
