With a strong B2C core and expanding B2B footprint, we are entering a new phase of growth in 2026: scaling our Corporate B2B segment across Spain, Europe. Now, we’re looking for a B2B enterprise executive to lead this next chapter. ⸻ Your Mission Lead and scale the B2B Corporate segment at Founderz — building pipeline, closing strategic accounts, managing relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. ⸻ Key Responsibilities - Lead the B2B enterprise commercial strategy across Spain and Europe. - Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts. - Own revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of commercial KPIs. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance B2B sales team. - Structure, monitor, and optimize the full commercial funnel (pipeline, forecasting, conversion rates, ARPA). - Position Founderz’s value proposition at C-level (HR, L&D, Innovation, Digital Transformation). - Drive complex sales cycles (multi-stakeholder, multi-country). - Ensure proper CRM discipline, opportunity tracking, and deal maturation. - Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Academic teams to refine the corporate offering. - Identify new verticals, industries, and strategic partnership opportunities. ⸻ Who You Are - A proactive, autonomous leader with strong execution skills. - Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on. - Data-driven and commercially sharp. - Able to navigate ambiguity and build structure where needed. xcskxlj - Strong communicator in both English and Spanish (mandatory). ⸻
