Previous experience in auditing, accounting, or finance, typically 2-5 years depending on the level of the role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in audit software and accounting systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and practices is a plus.
