We are looking for an Associate Partner – Customer Success to lead customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, and strategic account growth for RateGains Mobility business across Europe.
This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Revenue Management, Enterprise SaaS Delivery, and Commercial Growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to some of the worlds leading car rental and mobility brands, ensuring successful deployment and long-term value realization from RateGains Rev-AI product suite.
The ideal candidate combines strong customer-facing skills, project management expertise, commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of pricing, revenue management, and operational workflows within the mobility industry.What You Will Own
Lead onboarding and implementation programs from contract signature through go-live and customer adoption
Act as the primary strategic point of contact for enterprise mobility and car rental customers
Build strong executive and operational relationships across customer organizations
Drive customer retention, product adoption, expansion opportunities, and long-term account growth
Conduct business reviews focused on pricing performance, automation adoption, utilization trends, and optimization opportunities
Coordinate cross-functional implementation efforts involving Product, Engineering, Data Science, Delivery, and Support teams
Manage project timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and implementation governance
Partner with CRS and integration providers such as Wheels, Renteon, Rentway, and other ecosystem partners
Enable customers to successfully leverage Rev-AI solutions for pricing automation, forecasting, fleet utilization, and revenue optimization
Guide customers through training, UAT, operational validation, and go-live readiness activities
Identify opportunities to expand adoption across RateGains Mobility product portfolio
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product teams to influence future enhancements and roadmap priorities
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Revenue Management, Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS Delivery
Experience within the car rental, mobility, travel, or transportation industry is highly preferred
Strong understanding of pricing strategy, revenue management, forecasting, or yield management concepts
Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and complex implementation projects
Comfortable working across commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into customer recommendations and business outcomes
Commercially minded with a focus on customer retention, growth, and value realization
Experience working with CRS platforms, integrations, or operational systems is an advantage
Fluent in English; Italian, Spanish, or additional European languages are highly desirable
Willingness to travel across Europe as required
