We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across the Village, ensuring our teams have secure, reliable and efficient IT services every day.What you'll doDeliver first and second-line IT support for end usersTroubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices and network issuesConfigure and deploy laptops, mobile devices and IT equipmentSupport local and global IT projects, testing and rolloutsProvide training and guidance to employees on new technologiesAct as the local IT point of contact, ensuring a high-quality user experienceWhat we're looking for2+ years' experience in an IT Support roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Teams and Active DirectoryExperience with Azure, Intune, SCCM, Exchange and AutopilotUnderstanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and VPN technologiesFamiliarity with ITIL principles and service management toolsExcellent customer service and communication skillsFluent English, written and spokenThere's no one quite like usThe Bicester Collection are the worlds' leading luxury shopping destinations, and we are committed to creating magical and memorable experiences for our guests.
