We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and creative individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards and achieving sales and profit projections. This role contributes to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, and participates in recruiting and selection of staff.
