Understanding of LLM inference stack fundamentals, such as: KV caching, Speculative decoding, Parallel decoding, Test-time compute strategies, Excellent software engineering and system design skills. Strong recent programming experience in Python, plus ideally one of C++, Java, or .NET Experience working with SQL databases Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business problems into effective AI solutions Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline (strong academic background preferred) Financial Services experience is a bonus, but not essential Apply with your latest CV below today
