You\'ll lead a proven team to develop captivating visual content that sets world-class industry standards! Responsibilities Spearhead the Art team, ensuring flawless execution of visual content. Collaborate to define and maintain a consistent visual style. Coordinate creation of game builds, character art, backgrounds, and symbols. Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality assets on schedule. Mentor and encourage team members to achieve their best work. Resolve conflicts and inspire change to improve team efficiency. Optimize artwork for various platforms, following technical constraints. Qualifications 2+ years in a lead artist role with a proven track record. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse art styles and projects. Experience with Agile methodologies and multitasking. Outstanding communication and organizational skills. Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Passion for storytelling through visual art. Why Aristocrat?
