Location:Sotogrande, CádizTodas las habilidades, cualificaciones y experiencia relevantes que necesitará un candidato seleccionado se enumeran en la siguiente descripción.We are looking to incorporate a Junior Architect to work on-site and long-term on The Hills, a high-end real estate development currently in an active phase of architectural definition and refinement.This role is aimed at a junior profile with recent architectural training who is eager to be involved in the day-to-day reality of a demanding project, learning from the inside how a complex architectural development is shaped, adjusted, and optimised until its final version.RESPONSIBILITIES
Continuous development, adjustment, and updating of the architectural project
Preparation and modification of drawings according to project needs
Technical support to the senior architecture team
Review and improvement of existing architectural solutions
Iterative work focused on correction and refinement of the project
Internal coordination to ensure technical and formal coherencePROFILE
Degree in Architecture (recent graduate or early professional experience)
Previous experience through internships or initial professional roles
Strong interest in learning and professional development
Practical, organised, and consistent profile
Ability to work continuously on the same project over time
Willingness to receive guidance and apply ongoing improvementsThis role is not focused on conceptual or creative design, but rather on technical development and the continuous refinement of an existing architectural project.CONDITIONS

Desarrollo, ajuste y actualización continua del proyecto arquitectónico
Elaboración y modificación de planos según las necesidades del proyecto
Apoyo técnico al equipo de arquitectura senior
Revisión y mejora de soluciones arquitectónicas existentes
Trabajo iterativo de corrección y perfeccionamiento del proyecto
Coordinación interna para garantizar coherencia técnica y formalPERFIL BUSCADO
Titulación en Arquitectura (recién finalizada o con experiencia inicial)
Experiencia previa en prácticas o primeros trabajos profesionales
Interés por aprender y crecer profesionalmente
