Solution Architect consultant to define the target detailed architecture for the Genesys Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution. The role includes designing a scalable, multi-country architecture and defining a clear strategy for the integration and usage of AI capabilities, both native to Genesys Cloud and/or external enterprise AI systems.
The architect will work cross-functionally with business, IT, and security teams across multiple countries to ensure a harmonized, compliant, and future-proof architecture.
Required experience: Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in large-scale, multi-country Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) architecture detailed design and implementations
Required technical skills:
Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) detailed design
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns.
• Experience designing AI/ML solution integrations, including conversational AI, LLMs, and analytics systems.
Optional technical skills:
• Genesys Cloud certifications
• Familiarity with insurance industry processes and regulatory frameworks preferred.
Interpersonal skills:
• Communication skills: the ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas, opinions, and feedback to team members in English.
• Collaboration skills: the ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
• Problem-solving skills: the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
• Time management skills: the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
• Leadership skills: the ability to take charge of projects and motivate team members to achieve goals.
Requested deliverables:
'• End-to-end Genesys CCaaS high level and detailed target architecture blueprint (logical, functional, and technical views incl diagrams) and detailed software design documents related to the supported domains and relevant modules. xiphteb
• Solution rollout roadmaps by country based on context (business strategy, IT strategy, local constraints/requirements...)
• Design interoperability with existing enterprise solutions in collaboration with the respective solutions owners establishing architectural patterns for secure and efficient integration (through blueprints)
• Define AI usage framework incl boundaries/principles between Genesys native AI and external enterprise AI capabilities evaluating all implications of AI model placement (in-CCaaS vs external).
• Define required proof of concepts
• All the above, working closely with AXA Partners Architecture and other teams (incl business stakeholders,IT departments, security, compliance...) + AXA Group Architecture team + Genesys solution experts to meet all requirements and ensure the full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Share CCaaS related knowledge with the AXA Partners teams
