Overview Our client is a global architecture & design practice with over 20 years of experience and headquarters in Dubai. As part of its European expansion, the firm is opening a new Design Studio in Barcelona, supporting a wide range of international projects—hospitality, residential, mixed-use, cultural, corporate, and large-scale urban developments. We are looking for a BIM Architect (5–8 years) passionate about data driven design, automation and digital delivery. What will you do? Manage BIM models (LOD 200–350) and coordinate architecture/structure/MEP. Run clash detection, ensure BIM Execution Plan (BEP) compliance and contribute to construction-ready deliverables. Automate workflows with Dynamo/Python and support AI-based design tools. Collaborate via cloud CDEs with multidisciplinary global teams. What makes you a great fit Architect or Engineer, COAC or EU equivalent will be a plus. 5–8 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination on international projects. Strong Revit, Navisworks and BIM360/ACC skills. Knowledge of ISO19650, IFC/COBie and interoperability. Fluent English (C1); Spanish valued.
