Experteer Overview
You will be part of an international team deploying and supporting Java applications in-house across data centers and cloud. In this hands-on role you collaborate with developers, IT infrastructure, and customer support to ensure stable, secure operations. You’ll solve incidents, optimize monitoring, and automate deployment tasks to support enterprise customers. The position blends on-call operations with engineering in a security-focused telecommunications environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Install, integrate, and troubleshoot Java-based applications in data centers and cloud environments
• Operate web servers, proxy servers, and Java apps on Linux, managing certificates and keys
• Analyze and resolve incidents for Java applications per ITIL-based SLAs
• Implement, test, and document new customer solutions in cross-functional cooperation
• Maintain and enhance monitoring, logging, and event management systems
• Automate routine operational tasks and deployments using scripts and Ansible
Responsabilidades
• Experience with Web Servers, Apache, Tomcat, and Java applications on Linux
• Knowledge of Cloud, particularly AWS, and container orchestration such as Kubernetes (e.g., Amazon ECS)
• Understanding of networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP)
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python) and ideally Ansible for automation
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum teamwork
• Fluent written and spoken English
