Building on this flight heritage, we leverage our modular LUR-100 platform to support demanding institutional missions, including the ESA ARRAKIHS project and the development of the Canary Islands Satellite Constellation (Constelación Canaria). /p pTo drive these ambitious initiatives forward, we are currently scaling our Space Division to advance our SmallSat capabilities. /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs an AITV Lead, you will act as the technical and operational authority for the AITV of our spacecraft missions. You will play a pivotal role in scaling and organizing our AIT department, leading the transition to modern, automated AIV workflows, and spearheading the upgrade of our cleanroom infrastructure to accommodate a larger class of SmallSat missions. You will act as the programmatic conscience for the AIV team, ensuring we deliver high-reliability missions while defining the future of our integration capabilities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, mentor, and manage the AIV engineering and technician team, including resource allocation, shift planning, and Test Shift Resource Planning. /li liDrive the digital transformation of AIT processes, implementing modern automation tools and data-driven verification workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual overhead. /li liDrive the overall AIV strategy, test planning, and sequence optimization, including the physical execution of subsystem and spacecraft-level integration and industrialization process optimization. /li liRepresent AIT in formal customer reviews (e.g., CDR, QR, FAR) and lead Non-Conformance Review Boards (NRB), Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), and Test Review Boards (TRB). /li liOwn the Verification Control Document (VCD) closure process across all verification methods (Test, Analysis, Review of Design, Inspection) and oversee the preparation of End Item Data Packages (EIDP). /li liCoordinate major environmental test campaigns (TVAC, Vibration, EMC) and manage facility interfaces, including launch campaign support. /li liOversee the design and implementation of specialized Ground Support Equipment (EGSE, MGSE, OGSE, FGSE) and lead integration troubleshooting, anomaly investigations, and root-cause analysis. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 pWe welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and recognize that great talent comes from various paths.
