Be part of an international team, thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, and grow in an agile and innovative environment.We are looking for an experienced AI leader with a strong background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Generative AI, and Azure technologies to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions. Spanish fluency is required for this role.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️6+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical roles.Previous experience as a Tech Lead, AI Lead, AI Architect, or similar leadership position.Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs).Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure-based cloud solutions.Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure Key Vault.Experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions in cloud environments.Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and Generative AI best practices.Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentoring technical professionals.Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
