At iPremom, we are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and positioning of our healthcare solutions. You will join an innovative environment, working on a highly technical product with a direct impact on end users, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilitie sDefine and execute the product strategy aligned with company objectives .Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities .Translate technical knowledge into clear and compelling commercial messaging .Develop high-quality commercial materials (presentations, sales tools, dossiers) .Collaborate closely with the sales team to strengthen product positioning .Lead the company’s presence at congresses and scientific events .Support key client meetings and complex sales processes .Identify and drive improvements in product positioning and value proposition .Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate and clear communication of scientific content .Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvement actions .Ensure brand and message consistency across all customer touchpoints .Travel regularly to stay close to the market and support commercial activities . Requiremen tsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or simila r.4–7 years of experience in product, marketing, or commercial roles within healthcare or technical environment s.Experience with medical devices, diagnostics, genetics, or complex technical service s.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skill s.Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindse t.Organized, proactive, and adaptabl e.Experience in international or cross-functional environments is a plu s.Intermediate level of English is desirabl e.
