ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliImplement the AI backbone supporting delivery. /liliConfigure, train, and orchestrate AI models/agents on the codebase. /liliEnable automated gap analysis, requirement refinement, and spec generation. /liliEnsure robustness, scalability, and accuracy of AI-driven outputs. /liliCollaborate closely with the Intent Engineer to iterate and finalize specifications. /li /ulh3Required Skills Experience /h3ulliFamiliarity with Gastown approaches / AI-native engineering practices. /liliHands-on experience with Claude Code (or similar LLMs), including:ulliUsing Claude within IDEs. /liliWriting effective prompts for code analysis, generation, and refinement. /li /ul /liliStrong grounding in modern software engineering patterns, including:ulliAPI design and integration. /liliMicroservices architecture. /liliEvent-driven and integration modules. /li /ul /liliExperience in working with existing codebases and enabling AI-driven analysis. /liliUnderstanding of prompt engineering as a development tool, not just experimentation. /li /ulh3Location Compensation /h3pHybrid model: office 1 or 2 days at NTT DATA BCN + remote, or Barcelona Remote. Contract: indefinite.
