This role will support the development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models into scalable, production‑ready systems.This position will work closely with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and optimize machine learning and AI modelsDeploy models into production environmentsDevelop scalable data pipelines and integrate AI into applicationsWork with large datasets to improve model performanceCollaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teamsMonitor, maintain, and retrain modelsWrite clean, efficient Python codeIntegrate AI features into applications using APIsEnsure performance, reliability, and security of AI systemsDocument technical workflows and system architectureQualificationsEducational background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, data science, engineering, or related field.2–4+ years’ experience in the AI/ML rolesProficiency in Python (Java or C++ is a plus)Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plusExperience with AI tools such as MS Copilot Studio, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude etc.Experience with data tools like Pandas, NumPy, SQLExperience with Git or version controlExperience deploying models using APIs or microservicesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or LLMs xcskxlj Knowledge of MLOps practicesExperience with real‑time or streaming data systems is a plusFamiliarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is desirableExperience in building and maintaining AI solutions for the Marketing and Sales Areas is a mustAbility to understand and translate business requirements into AI solutions designFamiliarity with MS D365 and SAP S/4Hana systems is a plusStrong problem‑solving and communication skillsGood communication and teamwork mindsetAbility to work independently and in a team‑oriented environmentCommunication skills: strong interpersonal abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, while proficiency in Chinese or German is considered an assetLocationMunich (4 days onsite/1 day home office) or Madrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
