Por favor, asegúrese de leer completamente el resumen y los requisitos de esta posibilidad de empleo que se detallan a continuación.In financing transactions (whether bank loans or bond issuances), the Agent acts as the intermediary between banks/investors and corporate borrowers. Historically performed in-house by banks and investment funds, these functions have increasingly been outsourced, contributing to the strong growth of our business. The Agent ensures the proper execution of financing agreements through:Administrative responsibilities: managing and monitoring the timely delivery of contractual information obligations (annual financial statements, reporting packages, budgets, covenant certificates, etc.).Financial responsibilities: calculating interest and payment instructions, margin adjustments, prepayment penalties, APR calculations, subscription prices, and related matters.Cash flow coordination: overseeing cash flow aspects related to closings, drawdowns, and payments throughout the life of the transaction.Ad hoc interactions: handling waiver requests, amendments, and complex situations requiring the Agent's involvement (such as restructurings).You will be responsible for a portfolio of companies and will manage all of the aspects described above, including:Interacting with investors and corporate borrowers to ensure the administrative, financial, and legal monitoring of financing agreements for which AFS has been appointed as Agent.Performing all calculations related to your assigned portfolio.Preparing and managing waivers, lender meetings, and, more generally, investor/lender decision‑making processes.Ensuring compliance with and implementation of the financing agreement provisions (financial covenants, security interests, undertakings, and other contractual obligations).Maintaining relationships with investors, corporate borrowers, law firms, private equity funds, banks, and, more broadly, the AFS financial ecosystem.Participating in client meetings.Contributing to AFS's marketing and business development initiatives.As an Analyst, you will be involved in all legal matters relating to the business, as well as in the day‑to‑day management of transactions, giving you a comprehensive view of how they are executed.
