We are looking for a Aftermarket Business Development Manager, reporting directly to our Sales & Marketing Director. As a member of DOGA's aftermarket department, he/she will increase the presence of products in the markets under their responsibility, achieving the best possible profitability and opening new customers.
Essential Tasks
Engage with customers, dealers and service partners to understand market needs and gather feedback on aftermarket products and services.
Act as a technical reference for aftermarket products, supporting customers and internal teams.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers, working closely with subsidiaries and commercial partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and portfolio gaps.
Contribute to the definition and prioritization of new aftermarket products, services and range extensions.
Manage the aftermarket product lifecycle, from concept and launch to optimization and phase-out.
Translate customer insights into product requirements and coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Quality and Operations.
Support go-to-market activities, including product launches, pricing strategies and dealer/service enablement.
Collaborate with Commercial and Finance on pricing policies and commercial conditions.
Support product identification and OE cross-reference activities.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and active selling.
Contribute to cross-selling initiatives and aftermarket growth.
Monitor key product performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile Required
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
High level of both oral and written English.
Proactive, with strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and effective decision-making.
Skilled at working autonomously and collaboratively, excelling in relationship management, negotiation, and communication with key clients.
