Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Support Services Specialist__Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.Work model: #LI-hybridProviding services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements.Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction.Managing a portfolio of customers, including the monitoring and follow-up of overdue invoices and invoices approaching their due dates.Liaising with customers to resolve queries, issues, and outstanding incidents in a timely manner.Preparing for and participating in regular review and follow-up meetings with Area Sales Managers.Providing administrative support to the sales organization and customers, including processing commercial credit notes and handling customer order-related issues.Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
