Are you looking for a stable administrative position on Mallorca? A private company operating in the nautical sector is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its team in Palma. If you enjoy administrative tasks, structured organization, and international customer contact, this role offers an exciting opportunity with a permanent contract in the heart of the island.Your Responsibilities:Managing daily customer service and addressing client inquiries with professionalism.Overseeing billing, invoicing procedures, and administrative documentation.Organizing physical and digital archives to ensure structured file management.Preparing, drafting, and issuing internal reports and business correspondence.Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.Your Profile:Advanced, proven knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word and Excel.Intermediate to high level of English to communicate effectively in an international environment.High school diploma (Bachillerato) or vocational training (FP / Ciclo Formativo) in administrative management is valued.Possession of a valid driver's license and your own vehicle is an advantage.Detail-oriented mindset, proactive working style, and strong communication skills.What Is Offered:Permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido) in the private nautical sector.A gross annual salary of 23,800 euros.Seasonal working hours: 1st period from 09:00 to 16:00, 2nd period from 09:00 to 17:00, and high season (June to September) from 09:00 to 18:00.Workplace situated directly in Palma, Mallorca.
