In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting both the Human Resources and general administration departments. Your main duties will include:Providing attentive customer service and assisting members of the public visiting or contacting the office.Supporting company employees with internal queries and assisting the Human Resources department.Processing and managing delivery notes, administrative records, and routine paperwork.Classifying, organizing, scanning, and archiving physical and digital documentation accurately.Assisting with general office operations and administrative tasks as needed across teams.To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:Education: Intermediate Vocational Training degree (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà) in business administration or a related branch.Driving License: Valid Class B driver's license.Language Skills: Fluency in both Catalan and Spanish is required.Computer Proficiency: Essential skills in office software, specifically Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.Experience: 0 months required; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.Valued Qualifications: Holding a Batxillerat, a Higher Vocational Degree (CFGS) in administration, additional administrative courses, prior office experience, or knowledge of Arabic will be considered a distinct advantage.Empresa de serveis offers a solid, long-term opportunity for professional development in Porreres, Mallorca. You will benefit from a permanent full-time employment contract with a schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. The starting gross annual salary is €1,424.50, which is open to negotiation based on your individual qualifications, skills, and background.
