Over the years, Noxtec hasdeveloped extensive know-how in inhaled nitric oxide therapies, starting inneonatal intensive care units and then focusing on pediatric and adultpatients, playing a key role during the treatment of Covid-19 patients.This position will be reporting to the Italian Controlling Office givingsupport to our Italian business. However the position will be located inMoralzarzal (Madrid). The candidate will prepare autonomously the monthly financial statement ofthe company and will manage the daily accounting activities ensuring theintegrity of the accounting information by verifying and recordingtransactions. He or she will also prepare purchase orders and manageprocurement process, including vendor master file and request of quotations tosuppliers.Key Responsibilities: Manage the elaboration of the yearly statutory reports in accordance with Spanish Gaap and of the monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS GAAP. Prepare the monthly and quarterly closings. Review general ledger account reconciliations and variance explanations. Lead in implementing appropriate internal controls and process improvements Assist with the month-end close of the business department. Interact directly with auditors to discuss and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner. Prepare purchase orders and collect bids from suppliers. Manage vendor master file and maintain records related to contracts and purchase activities. Manage the daily accounting/back-office activities such as: sales orders and invoices generation, purchase and sales invoices booking, journal entries, treasury activities (payments and collections), bank reconciliation, VAT settlement, SII. Check and review taxes: VAT, CIT, Intrastat, IRPF (models 111, 115), Advance payment (model 202). Provide support in budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow forecasting, as well as in monitoring variances against actuals. Job requirements Qualifications: Degree in Business, Finance or similar. At least 8 years of experience in a multinational company and fast-moving environment.Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Strong leadership and team management abilities. High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Capable of developing innovative solutions that support and adapt to the company's projected growth and evolving business needs.
