Accounting & Reporting Specialist page is loaded## Accounting & Reporting Specialistremote type: Hybridlocations: Madridtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: March 8, 2026 (12 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR0092910**Agency :**Havas Media Group Spain**Job Description :**La misión del Accounting & Reporting Specialist será asegurar la calidad y consistencia del registro contable y del reporting financiero bajo estándares locales e internacionales, garantizando cumplimiento, control y soporte a la gestión financiera corporativa.**Mission & Responsibilities*** Provisiones manuales y periodificaciones.* Proceso contabilización de nómina.* Gestión de facturas de gastos generales.* Revisión y seguimiento de pedidos.* Amortizaciones contables, cierre de módulo AF y seguimiento.* Contabilización de gastos/ingresos financieros.* Cuadre de información del sistema operacional vs contable.* Elaboración de P&L Analítica.* Ate P&L Analítica vs Estatutaria.* Gestión de saldos intercompany.* Elaboración de impuestos (modelo 349, IVA, IRPF).* Elaboración del reporting mensual en la herramienta Magnitude (SAP BFC).**Qualifications & Languages*** Licenciatura o grado en ADE o Económicas con conocimientos avanzados de contabilidad financiera y analítica.* Idiomas: inglés avanzado (C1)**Previous experience & Industry background*** Experiencia de 6-8 años en departamento financiero o contable o en Big Four.* Experto en PGC y conocimientos en IFRS.* Deseable conocimientos de Oracle Financials (módulo GL, principalmente).* Deseable conocimientos en SAP BFC.* Experiencia en procesos de cierre contable mensual, cumplimiento de fechas de entrega y coordinación con otros departamentos.* Experiencia en reporting a matriz a través de herramienta: balance, cuenta de resultados, ageing, cash-flow…* Experiencia en gestión de presupuestos (Forecast, Budget).**Soft skills & Competencies*** Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.* Habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.* Capacidad de adaptación al cambio.* Gestión del estrés.* Motivación para aprender.* Visión 360.**Technical skills*** Manejo de Excel a nivel avanzado**Contract Type :**Permanent**Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
