Negotiate & close deals:Conduct meetings, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements that make sense for LaFinteca. Work across teams:Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure partnerships support our goals. Support onboarding & integration:Make joining LaFinteca easy and seamless for new partners. Expand our network:Attend events, explore opportunities, and help LaFinteca grow in LATAM. Collaborate with executives:Work with C-level to align partnerships with business strategy.Your profileCurious aboutfintechand LATAM payments. Strongrelationship builderand negotiator. Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented. Works well with cross-functional teams and executives. Fluent in Spanish andEnglish , Portuguese is a bonus.
