Working within a collaborative commercial team, the role drives supplier engagement, optimises contracting conditions, and uses data insights to prioritise actions and maximise revenue opportunities.ResponsibilitiesRenegotiate contracting conditions to optimise rates, availability, offers, and system accuracyManage hotel supplier portfolio to improve product competitiveness and performanceUse data and dashboards to prioritise actions and drive commercial outcomesSecure additional availability and offers directly from suppliers and ensure system loadingMaintain proactive, day-to-day engagement with hotel partnersCollaborate closely with Contracting Manager, sharing insights, strategies, and prioritiesDrive efficient ways of working across commercial processesSkills & ExperienceExperience in contracting, commercial, or supplier management (hospitality/travel preferred)Strong negotiation and influencing skillsData-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance insightsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple suppliers and priorities effectivelyProactive, results-oriented approach with strong attention to detailAt HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
