I am seeking a self-motivated and dedicated Account Executive to join an innovative, skilled, and sociable team in a SaaS company for the German market remotely from Spain. Key Responsibilities: Cover the full sales cycle, from lead generation to prospecting to closing Researching client needs, challenges, and opportunities. Developing and implement strategies to secure new business. Creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations. Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals. Tracking and managing the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Disclaimer: This job will not be for you if... you want to work as an Account Manager or plan to transition into such a role later on in this job you are not hungry and are not comfortable making lots of cold calls daily you feel pressure with performance targets Required Skills and Experience: Highly fluent in German (C2) and fluent in Spanish or English (B2) 1.5 to 2 years experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales (preferably in SaaS) Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
